Who we are
Kaurah is a trading name of Omnia Pulse LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We design and deliver mentoring programmes and mentor training for organisations. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hello@kaurah.com.
What we collect and why
We collect personal information only when you give it to us through the two forms on this site:
- Report request: your first name, work email, organisation, and whether you have run a mentoring scheme before. We use this to send you the report you asked for and, where relevant, to follow up about it.
- Scoping call request: your name, work email, organisation, and a short description of what you are trying to fix. We use this to respond to your enquiry and prepare for the call.
Our lawful basis for processing this information is legitimate interest: you have asked us for something, and we need these details to provide it. We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How your data is handled
Form submissions are processed by [form provider — e.g. Formspree / Formspark, add a link to their privacy policy], which delivers them to our email. Your details are then held in our email and business systems. We keep enquiry data only as long as we need it to deal with your request and any resulting work, after which it is deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for any consent the law requires first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kaurah.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
